Because we love what we do, we don’t mind spending months on end getting a recipe just right. It could take years and we wouldn’t mind, because nothing makes us happier than producing drinks that surprise and delight.

Natural
Here’s the thing about synthetic ingredients: they overshadow the other flavours in your glass, and they aren’t great for you either. We carefully balance natural ingredients that mix well with spirits and taste great too.
Simple
You don’t have to be a world-class bartender to mix with us – our products are made to let the spirit shine (and they’re also addictively sippable just as they are). Drinking with us is as simple as a good spirit, a bottle of Long Rays and a garnish.
Community
You can’t make a great mixer without talking to the people who craft great spirits. So we test all new recipes with local distillers we consider to be arbiters of taste, and only release drinks with their seal of approval.
